WE'RE HIRING! MAINTENANCE IN-CHARGE
We’re looking for an experienced Maintenance In-Charge to keep our production operations running safely and efficiently.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan and oversee preventive and breakdown maintenance
- Troubleshoot production machinery, utilities, and equipment
- Minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability
- Manage maintenance records, spare parts, and contractors
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Lead and support the maintenance team
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 5 years' experience relevant field
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering
- Relevant experience in maintenance within an FMCG or manufacturing environment
- Strong troubleshooting, planning, and team-leadership skills
- Knowledge of workplace safety and preventive-maintenance practices
