Technical Executive – UHT Plant
Location: Kuliyapitiya
Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain UHT processing machinery and equipment
- Ensure smooth and efficient plant operations with minimum downtime
- Coordinate preventive maintenance and troubleshooting activities
- Monitor production parameters, quality, safety, and hygiene standards
- Maintain technical records and coordinate with production and maintenance teams
Qualifications
- Diploma / HND in Mechanical, Electrical, Food Technology or related field
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a UHT / dairy / food processing plant
- Knowledge of UHT processing, production machinery, utilities, and maintenance
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
- Age below 45 years
- Male candidate preferred
Tetra, VTIS & Pre-Processing Operators – UHT
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor Tetra, VTIS and pre-processing equipment efficiently
- Maintain required production and quality standards
- Carry out equipment cleaning, CIP and routine operational checks
- Identify and report equipment abnormalities and process issues
- Maintain production records and follow food safety and workplace safety procedures
Qualifications
- G.C.E. A/L or equivalent qualification
- Professional qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, Food Technology, or related field
- Previous experience in UHT, Tetra Pak, VTIS or food processing operations is preferred
- Ability to work shifts and follow safety and hygiene standards
- Age below 45 years
- Male candidate preferred
