RMI Steel Structure (Pvt) Ltd, established in 2011 and located in the North-Western Province of Sri Lanka, is looking for a dedicated and experienced SITE SUPERVISOR to join our growing team.
SITE SUPERVISOR
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction and steel structure installation activities at project sites.
- Coordinate site workers, subcontractors and other site personnel.
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications and project requirements.
- Monitor work progress, workmanship and material usage.
- Coordinate with the Site Engineer and Project Team to meet project deadlines.
- Identify site issues and report them to the relevant management personnel.
- Maintain daily site records and progress updates.
Job Requirements
- Previous experience as a Site Supervisor in the construction or building industry is required.
- Experience in steel structures, roofing, building construction or related projects will be an added advantage.
- Good knowledge of construction site activities and basic technical drawings.
- Ability to manage and coordinate site workers effectively.
- Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work at different project sites when required.
