TECHNICAL OFFICER (ROAD CONSTRUCTION)
We are a leading construction company handling major road and highway projects in Sri Lanka. We are looking for a dynamic, results-oriented, and experienced individual to join our team as a Technical Officer (TO).
Qualifications & Experience
- NDT, HNDE, NDES, NVQ Level 5/6, or equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum [E.g., 2-3] years of hands-on experience in road construction, rehabilitation, or asphalt carpeting projects.
Key Requirements
- Proficiency in setting out, levelling, and using surveying instruments (Total Station / Auto Level).
- Sound knowledge of RDA specifications, ICTAD/CIDA guidelines, and quality control tests (Soil, Concrete, and Asphalt).
- Ability to read engineering drawings and check quantities accurately.
- Excellent site management, labour handling, and communication skills.
