Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise academic staff, monitor performance, and provide mentoring.
- Promote innovation in teaching, assessment, and student engagement.
- Oversee academic policies, examinations, and student progress.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Education or relevant field.
- Minimum 2 years of academic coordination experience in school setting.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage and motivate academic teams.
