ASSISTANT MANAGER / SUPERVISOR

JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Assist the Showroom Manager in managing day-to-day showroom operations.
- Supervise and coordinate a team of 30+ showroom employees.
- Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, grooming, discipline, and performance.
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain high service standards.
- Drive sales performance and support the achievement of monthly sales targets.
- Monitor staff productivity and provide daily guidance and motivation.
- Ensure proper product displays, stock availability, and showroom presentation.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service-related matters professionally.
- Coordinate with the management regarding staff requirements and operational issues.
- Monitor cash handling, billing, stock movement, and showroom procedures.
- Ensure company policies, procedures, and management instructions are properly followed.
- Assist in staff training, performance evaluations, and disciplinary matters.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly showroom operational reports and sales reports to management.
- Support promotional activities, new product launches, and showroom events.
- Take responsibility for the smooth operation of the showroom in the absence of the Showroom Manager.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Male/Female candidates are welcome.
- Age below 45 years.
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in showroom, retail, cosmetics, fashion, FMCG, or a similar customer-facing environment.
- Proven experience in handling and supervising 30+ staff will be highly advantageous.
- Strong leadership, communication, and people-management skills.
- Sales-oriented with the ability to achieve and drive team targets.
- Good knowledge of showroom operations and customer service.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple responsibilities.
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Computer literacy and reporting skills will be an added advantage.
