TECHNICAL OFFICER (CIVIL)
Male Candidates Only
Location: KURUNEGALA
Preference will be given to candidates residing in or around Kurunegala.
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Technical Officer to work on construction projects undertaken by Brix Engineering & Construction (Pvt) Ltd and our other construction company.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum NCT (Civil) or equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in building construction and site supervision.
- Good knowledge of construction drawings, site execution and quality control.
- Additional Quantity Surveying (QS) knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Ability to supervise labour, subcontractors and daily site activities.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Must possess a valid driving licence.
