Premises Management Officer

We are looking for a motivated and responsible Premises Management Officer (male candidates only) to join our team and support the effective management, maintenance, construction, and development of company premises and facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare budgets for new projects
- Prepare accurate cost proposals for the new projects
- Manage and maintain company buildings, premises, and facilities
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor building maintenance, repairs, and renovation activities
- Supervise building construction projects and ensure work is carried out according to approved plans, specifications, and quality standards
- Supervise civil maintenance and construction work and coordinate with contractors and service providers
- Monitor building conditions and identify maintenance and repair requirements
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, construction progress, repair work, and related expenses
- Monitor the quality, progress, and timely completion of construction and maintenance work
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and relevant construction and maintenance requirements
- Support the efficient use of resources and continuous improvement of premises management
Qualifications & Skills
- Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying or Project Management
- Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply
- Ability to prepare project proposals and budget planning
- Knowledge of building construction, maintenance, and repair work
- Ability to supervise building construction and civil maintenance activities
- Good organizational, communication, and coordination skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with different teams
- Willingness to travel out of Kurunegala for other branches when required
- A valid driving licence will be an added advantage
