MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

REQUIREMENTS
- NVQ qualification in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Previous experience in maintenance or related field will be an added advantage.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
- Good knowledge of maintenance practices and safety procedures.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage maintenance activities effectively.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise daily maintenance activities and ensure smooth operations.
- Plan, assign, and monitor maintenance tasks for equipment, machinery, and facilities.
- Ensure preventive and breakdown maintenance is carried out as per schedule.
- Coordinate with production and other departments to minimize downtime.
- Maintain maintenance records, reports, and documentation.
- Ensure safety and quality standards are followed at all times.
