WE ARE LOOKING FOR
SENIOR EXECUTIVE - FINANCE (MALE)
NDC Exports (Pvt) Ltd is a private company established to manufacture and export coconut-based food products for the purpose of growing human health and well-being. We are looking for a dynamic & hardworking individual to be appointed as Senior executive Finance.
CANDIDATES REQUIREMENTS :
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance or Related Field.
- Minimum 2–4 years' experience in similar role.
- Age below 35 Years.
- Good knowledge of Accounting Principles, Financial reporting & Tax Compliance.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP Business One/SAP ERP or similar) will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with cross-functional teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Prepare and file Corporate Income Tax (CIT), VAT, SSCL and Stamp Duty returns within stipulated deadlines.
- Ensure timely payment of all applicable taxes.
- Perform monthly reconciliation of tax accounts with the general ledger and ensure accuracy.
- Monitor changes in tax laws and IRD circulars and ensure timely implementation of regulatory updates.
- Maintain accurate and audit-ready tax documentation and records.
- Manage IRD tax audits, assessments, and related correspondence.
- Ensure timely and accurate responses to IRD notices, minimizing penalties and additional charges.
- Liaise with IRD officers and attend meetings as required.
- Manage VAT refund processes and ensure timely recovery of VAT.
- Assist the finance function in financial reporting.
