PLANT / FACTORY MANAGER (PAVING & BLOCK PLANT)

QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree / Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing, Production Management or related field.
- Proven experience in plant/factory management, preferably in precast, paving, concrete products, cement-based manufacturing or a similar industry.
- Strong understanding of production planning and factory operations & managing production teams and supervisors
- Good knowledge of quality control, machinery maintenance, OPEX, CAPEX and cost management
- Strong leadership, problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work with targets, KPIs and deadlines & Commercial and productivity-oriented mindset
- Living in close to Pannala area.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Overall responsibility for day-to-day plant and factory operations
- Plan and achieve production targets based on sales and market demand
- Manage production of paving blocks, cement blocks and other cement-based products
- Ensure optimum utilization of machinery, manpower, raw materials and production capacity
- Maintain required quality standards and product consistency
- Plan preventive maintenance and coordinate breakdown maintenance
- Implement 5S, safety, housekeeping and operational discipline
- Develop and monitor production KPIs
- Support new product development, product improvement and process development
- Lead, train and develop production supervisors and factory staff
