Field Operations Executive
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct field visits to farmers and farmer groups to promote the platform
- Collect feedback, build relationships, and support customer onboarding
- Assist with doctor coordination, market price data collection, and order support
- Maintain visit records, follow up with farmers, and support events
- Handle basic customer queries and support day-to-day field operations
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong spoken Sinhala and Tamil (essential)
- Comfortable with field work, travel, and interacting with rural communities
- Basic computer literacy and smartphone/tablet skills
- Basic Microsoft Office skills (Word and Excel)
- Organized and able to maintain records
- Professional and respectful demeanor
