SENIOR MATRON / WARDEN (FEMALES ONLY)
ERNIES' RETREAT – BEACH VILLA, WAIKKAL

Join our team and manage a unique beachfront residential hospitality concept in a secure, peaceful and private environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the twin-villa complex independently.
- Look after long-term residents and families with care and attention.
- Coordinate housekeeping and villa staff.
- Ensure meals, resident needs and medication follow-ups where required.
- Maintain privacy, security and a peaceful environment.
- Coordinate celebrations, day-out packages and wellness activities.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Female candidates only.
- Mature, responsible and caring personality.
- Experience in hospitality, residential care or villa management.
- Good communication skills (Sinhala & English; other languages an advantage).
- Ability to manage people and operations independently.
- High integrity and respect for privacy and dignity.
- Age up to 60 may apply.
EMPLOYMENT & BENEFITS
- Senior Executive Grade remuneration.
- 6 days off per month.
- Separate private staff accommodation with required facilities.
- Work under a Female Director in a supportive environment.

Ernies’ Retreat
Velankanni Church Road, Sindathiya, Waikkal, Sri Lanka.
100 metres to Velankanni Church. Right by the sea on Sindathiya Beach.

- Not an Elders’ Home or Medical Centre.
- No spa operations or any unethical business allowed.
- Only decent individuals and families.
