WE'RE HIRING EXECUTIVE – PROJECT COORDINATION

As part of our expansion and development initiatives, we are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Executive – Project Coordination to support the implementation of a major project initiative across the Northern Province.
POSITION OVERVIEW
The selected candidate will play a key role in supporting the planning, coordination, implementation, monitoring, and administration of a new project initiative covering the Northern Province. The position requires a highly organized and proactive professional who can effectively coordinate activities across multiple locations, departments, stakeholders, and project teams while ensuring that project objectives, timelines, and deliverables are successfully achieved. The successful candidate will support stakeholder engagement, project communications, operational coordination, progress monitoring, reporting, and documentation while contributing to the establishment of effective systems and processes required for the successful implementation and growth of the project. Regular travel within the Northern Province may be required depending on project requirements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate project implementation activities across multiple locations within the Northern Province.
- Liaise with management, departments, stakeholders, partners, and service providers.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, action plans, milestone trackers, and progress monitoring tools.
- Monitor project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and escalate issues when necessary.
- Coordinate meetings, workshops, stakeholder discussions, site visits, and project-related events.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, meeting minutes, correspondence, and project records.
- Coordinate administrative, operational, logistical, and resource requirements for project delivery.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement, communication, and information flow.
- Support management through timely updates, reporting, and decision-making.
- Support continuous improvement of project processes and coordination mechanisms.
- Undertake any other project-related responsibilities assigned by management.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in any recognized discipline. Degrees in Business Administration, Management, Human Resource Management, Project Management, or related fields will be considered an added advantage.
- 3–4 years of relevant professional experience in project coordination, administration, human resources, operations, or a similar coordination-oriented role.
- Demonstrated experience in coordinating activities involving multiple departments, teams, stakeholders, and/or locations.
- Strong experience in planning, scheduling, documentation, reporting, follow-up, and progress monitoring.
- Candidates from other academic disciplines with substantial relevant professional experience are encouraged to apply.
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in written and spoken English and the ability to coordinate effectively with management, staff, external parties, and other stakeholders.
- Strong organizational, planning, scheduling, documentation, and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining effective coordination with cross-functional teams.
- Willingness and ability to travel to different project locations within the Northern Province as required.
- A proactive, responsible, professional, and results-oriented approach with a strong focus on project completion and timely delivery.
