KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
n
n- Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets
n- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
n- Identify and develop new business opportunities
n- Build strong relationships with customers, dealers and contractors
n- Conduct market research and identify customer needs and industry trends
n- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfaction
n- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts and market updates

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
n
n- Passed GCE O/L
n- Below 40 years of age
n- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role
n- Experience in the Steel / Construction industry will be an added advantage
n- Willingness to travel within the assigned regions
n- Possess a valid riding license
n- Excellent Tamil language proficiency with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, dealers, contractors and other stakeholders
n- Good negotiation and interpersonal skills
n- Knowledge of Sinhala & English will be an added advantage
