Branch Manager (Kilinochchi Branch)

Berendina is a group of companies consisting of Berendina Micro Investments Company Limited (BMIC) the first license microfinance company (LMFC) regulated by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka, under the Microfinance Act No 08 of 2016 and Berendina Development Services (Gte) Limited (BDS) a leading development organization committed towards alleviating poverty among vulnerable and marginalized communities of rural and plantation areas in Sri Lanka. Berendina group operates in 13 districts through a network of 38 branch offices.

Key Responsibilities

• As the Branch Manager, you are overall in charge of the entire branch operation, a fine performer in achieving branch targets. You will supervise the staff and monitor the progress while submitting management information to the Head Office.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience

• Candidate should be a graduate in Management/Agriculture/Science or any other related field, or a Diploma holder in Microfinance.
• Should have a minimum of five years' experience in Microfinance or the Finance sector.
• Knowledge of basic accounting to manage branch operations.
• Should have a riding license.
• Fluency in Tamil and Sinhala will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of Microsoft applications. (MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
• Age below 40 years.
