• Join our team as an Intern - Lean Enterprise, where you will contribute to driving efficiency and innovation within our production processes.
• In this role, you will monitor and analyze hourly production performance, identifying deviations and their root causes.
• You will also prepare insightful reports, develop impactful presentations, and play an active part in implementing Lean Manufacturing initiatives, including 5S methodology, problem-solving, Kaizen activities, and process mapping.
• Your expertise in Power BI, Excel, and time management will be essential in supporting these efforts while fostering collaboration across teams.

The ideal candidate will hold a Degree in Physical Science or a related field, with data analysis, communication, PowerPoint/Excel, and time management skills.
