Manager Human Resource
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or professional qualification in Human Resource Management (HRM) or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resource Management, preferably in the hospitality sector.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labour laws, and employment regulations in Sri Lanka.
- Experience in recruitment, employee onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem solving skills.
- Ability to manage payroll coordination, attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.
- Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively.
