QUALITY CONTROLLER
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Help maintain accurate records of inspections and assist in preparing reports on quality issues and their resolutions
- Follow company policies and industry regulations and stay informed about any changes to ensure compliance
- Work with experienced team member to understand the root causes of quality issues and assist in implementing solutions, gaining hand – on experience in quality control practices
- Participate in continuous improvement effort by suggesting ideas and learning how to implement enhancement to quality control processes and product quality
- Maintain quality control record in accordance with instructions provided by the manager quality control.
- Verify compliance with Good manufacturing practices (GMP) and Good Hygiene practices (GHP) while performing duties.
REQUIREMENTS
- Passed the G.C.E. A/L examinations in the Science or Mathematics stream
- Age above 28 years.
- Must be a self – motivated individual with a strong ability to learn quickly.
- A good team player with excellent collaboration skills.
- Minimum 2 – 3 years' experience in a similar capacity related to Tea Industry.
- Prior experience working under HACCP and ISO systems is an added advantage.
