Changing business dynamics prompted Matrix to explore innovative product solutions that go beyond the traditional realm of sweaters, launching its latest product platform, MVTM, a collection of highly functional, versatile, and fashion-forward designs.

Join our team to oversee and optimize the operational performance of sewing-related machinery, ensuring seamless production and maintenance processes. Collaborating closely with engineering leadership, you will manage machine requirements, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure timely availability of equipment. Your role will involve analyzing breakdown records, implementing preventive measures, and conducting regular inspections to minimize disruptions. You will also lead training initiatives to uphold MAS standards, manage spare parts efficiently, and support new product developments through machinery modifications and programming. By aligning with TPM methodologies, you’ll maintain machines in top condition and drive cost-saving projects.
The ideal candidate will hold a Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and bring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar capacity.
