Join our team as a Senior Executive - Automation - Mechanical Engineering, where you will drive innovation and efficiency across production operations. In this role, you will design and develop automated systems to enhance strategic business needs, conduct technical and financial evaluations for machinery purchases, and introduce cutting-edge technologies in collaboration with suppliers. You will also monitor existing systems, prototype improvements, and provide technical support to operational teams. By applying lean principles and Jidoka concepts from the Toyota Production System, you will initiate impactful process changes and collaborate with product development teams to optimize methods and costs. Additionally, you will assess team skills, plan training programs, and deliver regular updates to management.
The ideal candidate will hold a Degree in Engineering and bring 3-4 years of experience in Mechanical Engineering, industrial automation, or engineering maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
