KENT ENGINEERS (PVT) LTD
We are highly reputed Design and Build Engineering Services contractor with international experience. As a result of our continuous growth, Kent Engineers is looking for the following personnel for an upcoming Road Construction Project.
PROJECT MANAGER/ ENGINEER – CIVIL (YATIYANTOTA)
Candidate Profile:
- BSc in Engineering | Minimum 5 years’ experience, including at least 2 years in road construction
Key Responsibilities:
- Take overall responsibility for day-to-day project execution
- Plan and coordinate site activities, resources and subcontractors
- Monitor project progress, quality and timelines
- Coordinate with the client, consultants and internal teams
- Should be capable of independently managing the project at site level
QUANTITY SURVEYOR (YATIYANTOTA)
Candidate Profile:
- HND/ NCT in Quantity Surveying
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage interim valuations and client billing
- Monitor project costs against budgets
- Track quantities, variations and sub-contractor payments
- Provide regular cost reports and identify cost overruns
- Play a key role in overall commercial and cost control of the project
TECHNICAL OFFICER / SITE SUPERVISOR (YATIYANTOTA)
Candidate Profile:
- NCT (Civil), City & Guilds Diploma or equivalent qualification
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day site execution
- Coordinate labour, machinery and site activities
- Ensure work is carried out according to drawings and specifications
- Monitor site progress, quality and safety
Previous experience in road construction will be an added advantage for the Quantity Surveyor and Technical Officer / Site Supervisor positions.
