We are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a CDP or in a similar kitchen role
- Strong cooking and food preparation skills
- Good knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen standards
- Able to manage your section independently
- Organised, reliable and able to work well under pressure
- Good team player with a professional attitude
- Good spoken English
- Experience in a quality café, restaurant or hotel kitchen preferred
DISHWASHER / KITCHEN ASSISTANT WANTED — AHANGAMA
We are looking for a reliable Dishwasher / Kitchen Assistant to join our kitchen team.
The role includes:
- Dishwashing and keeping the wash area clean
- General kitchen cleaning
- Helping chefs with daily kitchen tasks
- Keeping work areas clean and organised
- Following hygiene and food safety standards
Requirements:
- Reliable, hardworking and punctual
- Able to work quickly and efficiently
- Good attitude and willing to learn
- Able to work well as part of a team
- Basic spoken English
- Previous kitchen experience is an advantage
COMMIS CHEF WANTED — AHANGAMA
We are looking for a motivated Commis Chef to join our kitchen team.
The role includes:
- Food preparation and basic cooking
- Supporting the CDP and senior chefs during service
- Keeping your section clean and organised
- Following recipes, portion standards and kitchen procedures
- Following food hygiene and safety standards
- Helping with daily kitchen preparation and closing duties
Requirements:
- Previous kitchen experience
- Basic cooking and knife skills
- Reliable, hardworking and punctual
- Willing to learn and develop
- Able to work well as part of a team
- Good spoken English
- Professional attitude and good attention to detail
