MANAGER QUALITY CONTROL & ASSURANCE

About the Role
Manager Quality Control and Assurance role is to ensure that products consistently meet quality standards through the effective implementation and continuous improvement of quality assurance and control systems. The goal is to deliver products that satisfy customer expectations while supporting organizational efficiency and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Quality Systems Management – Implement, maintain, and continuously improve QA/QC systems to ensure products meet required standards.
- End-to-End Quality Assurance – Oversee quality processes from raw materials to finished goods, taking corrective and preventive actions as needed.
- Standards & Compliance – Define quality standards and tolerances, and ensure compliance with local/international standards, customer requirements, and regulatory guidelines through audits.
- Stakeholder Collaboration – Work with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve quality issues, non-conformities, and supplier-related concerns.
- Data & Documentation – Maintain accurate quality records, ensure product traceability, and review inspection/test data to identify trends and improvements.
- Laboratory & Equipment Oversight – Manage laboratory testing, measurement systems, and calibration of testing equipment.
- Pre-Production & Process Control – Conduct pre-production quality checks and resolve technical issues to ensure smooth production flow.
- Continuous Improvement & Root Cause Analysis – Analyze quality data, conduct root cause investigations, and implement corrective/preventive actions for customer complaints and recurring issues.
- Training & Awareness – Train and develop employees to enhance quality skills and awareness across the organization.
- Cross-Functional Leadership – Lead the Disposal Committee and collaborate with R&D, QA/QC, and Production teams to verify performance standards and drive product quality improvements.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in chemistry, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 7-10 years of progressive experience in quality assurance/control roles within a manufacturing environment, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial capacity.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root cause analysis skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
