Director of Spa / Spa Manager

Taj Bentota Resort & SPA, Sri Lanka

He/she will be responsible in ensuring the authentic Ayurvedic options are available at the internationally famous J wellness circle of the hotel. He/she should have excellent communication skills especially in English as he/she will responsible for attending to high-profile international guests who come specifically for the J wellness circle experience and will also be responsible for training the J wellness circle associates.

Candidates must be Graduates from the university or any recognized Ayurveda Institute having registered with Sri Lanka Ayurveda Medical Council and should be below 40 years and have at least 03 years experience in a reputed up-market Ayurvedic SPA resort.

Engineering Executive

Required Qualification & Experience

• NDT, HNDES, NDES, Higher or Equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar capacity(Hospitality Industries).
• Experience in handling Central Air Conditioning Systems/ Generators, PABX / Fire Protection and detection systems / MATV and ELV systems, wastewater Treatment plant / Boiler / Laundry Operations.
• Preparing Shift Schedules- Manpower planning, Leave Planning /sanctioning for the Staff, Job Allocation, Logbooks & Reports.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Sinhala.
• Should be a strong leader with excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit
• Computer literate and well versatile with word, excel and power point.
