GENERAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine preventative maintenance and safety inspection across the property.
- Troubleshoot and repair basic plumbing, electrical, A/C and painting tasks.
- Respond promptly to urgent or emergency maintenance request
- A positive attitude and team work spirit.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
ENGLISH SPEAKING DRIVER
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive passengers safely to various destinations, including airport pick-ups and drops.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with passengers in fluent English.
- Assist passengers with loading and unloading luggage or personal items.
- A professional appearance and customer-centric attitude are essential.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Keep the vehicle clean (interior and exterior), check fuel levels and schedule routine servicing.
