We are looking for a passionate individual who thrives on providing exceptional service to join our team at Ishq Talpe.
This role involves assisting the Villa Manager in overseeing daily operations while ensuring exceptional guest experiences. Responsibilities include maintaining service standards, upholding villa cleanliness and maintenance standards, conducting regular inspections, handling guest feedback, coordinating external service providers, managing inventory and operational requirements, and arranging special events and personalized guest experiences. The role also involves supporting staff supervision, scheduling, duty allocation and training, while acting as a liaison between management and operational staff.
The ideal candidate should have at least 2-3 years of experience in a similar position within the hospitality industry, with exposure to both Food & Beverage and Housekeeping operations, preferably in a villa setting. The candidate should possess good verbal and written communication skills in English, computer literacy with knowledge of MS Office, and strong leadership, interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
