Senura Civil Engineering (Pvt) Ltd, a leading CIDA CS2 – graded construction company in Sri Lanka, certified with ISO 9001:2015 – QMS, ISO 14001:2015 – EMS, and ISO 45001:2018 – OH&S, continues to deliver excellence in high-rise and commercial construction projects across the island.
We are expanding our project team and invite applications from qualified, responsible and experienced individuals with building construction experience to join our project team in Hambantota.
We Are Looking For
Technical Officer
- Education: HND or NCT in Site Supervising or Civil Engineering
- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of work experience in building construction projects
Assistant Quantity Surveyor
- Education: HND or National Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification
- Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in QS, preferably in building or civil engineering projects
- IPA & Subcontractors: Experience in preparation of IPAs and subcontractors' bills
- QS Skills: Quantity take-offs, cost estimating, BOQ preparation and valuation of work
- Cash Flow: Knowledge of cash flow preparation and monitoring
- Contracts: Familiarity with standard forms of contract and construction industry practices
- Software: Proficiency in QS software and Microsoft Office applications
