01 Compliance Executive
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain social, ethical and environmental compliance systems (e.g. Sedex, Higg FEM, relevant audit standards).
- Prepare and coordinate for customer and third-party audits.
- Ensure legal compliance related to labour, H&S, environment and factory requirements.
- Conduct internal audits, monitoring and corrective action follow up.
- Provide training and awareness to employees on compliance related topics.
- Maintain documentation and prepare reports for management and customers.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' previous experience in a similar role in an apparel manufacturing environment.
- Good knowledge of Sedex, Higg FEM and other customer compliance requirements.
- Strong communication, documentation and coordination skills.
- Degree/Diploma in a relevant field (e.g. Environmental Management, HR, Occupational Health & Safety or similar) will be an advantage.
02 Production Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage and monitor overall production operations to meet delivery targets.
- Ensure effective line loading, manpower planning and efficiency improvement.
- Maintain quality, productivity and cost control.
- Coordinate with IE, planning, quality, maintenance and other departments.
- Handle daily production issues and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards and customer requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' previous experience in a Production Manager role in an apparel manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of production planning, line management and garment manufacturing processes.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Good analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Degree/Diploma in a relevant field will be an advantage.
