Executive – Warehouse (Koggala)

Key Responsibilities
- Shall develop relevant SOPs and other documents according to quality management and cGMP requirements.
- Develop relevant SOPs and documentation in alignment with Quality Management System (QMS) and current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) requirements.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counting (CYC).
- Ensure all storage operations comply with cGMP and applicable regulatory guidelines.
- Oversee the receipt and issuance of raw materials, primary and secondary packaging materials, consumables, miscellaneous items, engineering supplies, and stationery.
- Handle the segregation and disposal of rejected materials, scrap, and non-moving items.
- Operate and maintain cleanliness of material handling equipment such as hand pallet trucks and stackers.
- Uphold housekeeping and hygiene standards in accordance with cGMP regulations.
- Monitor and record store temperatures consistently.
- Manage the return process of unused packaging and consumable materials from production, distribution, and warehouse.
- Coordinate the dispatch of finished goods based on QA approvals and requests from the supply division.
- Facilitate the transfer of finished goods to third-party storage locations.
- Perform all relevant transactions using the SAP system.
Candidate Profile
- Degree in Warehouse Management, Supply Chain Management, or a similar professional qualification.
- Experience in handling both international and local audits.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong computer literacy.
- Minimum of three (3) years' work experience in the manufacturing industry.
- Experience in pharmaceutical, beverage, or food manufacturing industries will be an added advantage.
