Compliance Manager/Assistant Compliance Manager
Miami Exports Private Limited, an apparel manufacturer rooted in Sri Lanka, stands as a beacon of innovation and quality in the industry. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team in our garment factory at Ranna, Wadigala. (Tangalle)
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree, diploma, or relevant professional qualifications in a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in audit preparation and ensuring compliance with buyer requirements.
- Prior experience handling audits for buyers such as NEXT, Boden, ASDA (George), Morrisons (Nutmeg), Matalan, and M&S would be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage compliance audits, ensuring adherence to buyer-specific requirements.
- Conduct audits in line with industry standards such as SMETA, WRAP, C-TPAT, GOTS, GRS, RCS, HIGG INDEX-FEM, and SLCP, working alongside third-party auditors.
- Maintain strong relationships with third-party audit firms to ensure seamless audit processes.
- Ensure all compliance documentation and requirements are met effectively and on time.
Candidates should be under 45 years old with a good personality.
