HOUSEKEEPING ATTENDANT
We are looking for a passionate individual who thrives on providing exceptional service to join our team at our property located in Talpe, Ishq Talpe
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring guest rooms are prepared and maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort according to set standards.
- Keep all public areas tidy and set up according to given standards.
- Maintaining the overall cleanliness of the entire property.
- Manage stock of cleaning supplies, linen and uniforms.
- Manage guest laundry.
- Overseeing laundry operations.
- Having a deep knowledge of all hotel amenities for guests.
- Working and supporting all departments to meet guests' needs.
- Recommend and arrange amenities for guests.
- Maintain a professional appearance and always be well-groomed.
- Stay up to date with all hotel policies regarding safety and hygiene
- Perform all duties with professionalism and a pleasant demeanor.
Requirements:
- At least 2 or 3 years of Experience as a Housekeeping Attendant or similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Previous experience in boutique hotels or villas.
- Strong multi-tasking skills.
- Commitment to a high level of customer service.
- Attention to detail and ability to anticipate guest needs.
