RESIDENT HOTEL MANAGER
Surya Lanka AYURVEDA BEACH RESORT Tangalle, Sri Lanka
A newly built 25 room luxury Ayurveda hotel in Rekawa, Tangalle with European clientele requires a manager with :-
- Experience in operations of all hotel departments (Food and Beverage, Front Office, Housekeeping)
- Strong leadership skills to motivate and manage teams and stakeholders
- Previous experience as a hotel manager with references and service records essential
- 40-60 years of age
- Academic qualification in hotel management/hospitality from a recognised university/hotel school preferred
