JOB PROFILE
- Oversee daily hospital operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Coordinate with different departments to improve service efficiency.
- Manage staff performance and operational activities.
- Ensure quality standards and effective patient service delivery.
- Prepare reports and support management decisions.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Degree or Diploma in Management or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in hospital operations.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

- Age above 40 years.

OPERATION THEATER NURSE
REQUIREMENTS
- Successfully completed G.C.E. O/L or G.C.E. A/L.
- PHRC- registered nurses also considered.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar capacity.
- Should be able to work independently on a roster basis.
- Age below 55 years.
