W15 Weligama
- Assist with daily food preparation and cooking.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Follow recipes, portion sizes, and food safety procedures.
- Support senior chefs during daily kitchen operations.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients.
- Work efficiently as part of the kitchen team.
- Previous kitchen experience is an added advantage.
- Assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes.
- Preparing, cooking and presenting high quality dishes within the specialty section.
