Villa Host & Villa Cook

WE’RE RECRUITING

A private three-bedroom villa with its own pool, set within seven acres of greenery, around 20 minutes inland from Weligama.

Villa Host

Guest care, reservations & housekeeping

n
• Welcome guests and manage their stay, from pre-arrival messages to check-out.
n
• Handle enquiries, online booking calendars, payments and guest records.
n
• Set tables, serve meals and drinks, and coordinate transport and local activities.
n
• Carry out housekeeping, prepare bedrooms and bathrooms, and organise linen and changeovers.
n
• Track supplies and coordinate maintenance and agent visits with management.
n

Confident English, computer skills and a warm, organised approach are essential.

Villa Cook

Cooking, kitchen care & villa support

n
• Prepare Sri Lankan meals, breakfasts and simple international dishes.
n
• Plan menus around guest preferences and agreed dietary requirements.
n
• Manage purchasing needs, stock, portions, food costs and waste.
n
• Keep the kitchen, equipment and food storage clean and well organised.
n
• Share housekeeping, linen and changeover duties around meal preparation; assist with guest service when needed.
n

You should be confident running a small kitchen independently and take pride in presentation.

Help shape Seven Springs

Our guest operation will start with these two roles, working closely with management. Together, you will establish daily routines, look after guests and build the villa’s reputation. Experience in a villa, bungalow or small boutique property is valued, along with initiative, good communication and a willingness to help.

We plan to keep the team small, so service charge is shared among fewer people. Roles and support will develop as the business grows.

No age limit

We value experience and knowledge.

Regular days off

Rostered around bookings. Flexibility is essential during the season.

Salary plus service charge

Salary based on experience. Service-charge earnings depend on bookings.
