We are hiring a Beverage Manager to oversee the day-to-day beverage operations, ensuring high service standards, guest satisfaction, efficient team performance, and effective cost control. The role involves managing beverage outlets, developing beverage offerings, monitoring inventory and costs, maintaining quality and hygiene standards, and supporting revenue growth through effective beverage management.
Candidates should have 3–5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry. A degree or professional qualification in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management, or a related field is preferred, along with strong leadership, communication, organisational, and analytical skills. Strong knowledge of beverages, menu development, inventory management, cost control, and experience in luxury hotels or resorts will be an added advantage.
