WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Build a welcoming, connected member and guest community.
- Plan and host weekly events, workshops and local trips.
- Grow paid experiences and manage budgets and profit margins.
- Develop partnerships and promote events with Marketing.
- Lead member onboarding and coordinate with Operations.
- Track engagement, feedback and results.
WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE
- 3–5 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Event delivery experience with international guests.
- Skills in pricing, budgeting and partner negotiation.
- Sinhala communication skills.
- Availability for scheduled evenings and weekends.
