The Role
We are looking for a responsible and detail oriented Operations Executive – Field Latex to oversee field operations related to latex collection, ensuring that all latex collections are carried out in full compliance with company standards, quality requirements, safety procedures, and relevant regulatory requirements.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating field activities, monitoring latex quality and collection operations, working closely with farmers and suppliers, maintaining accurate records, and supporting operational and compliance audits
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily field latex collection operations and route planning.
- Monitor latex quality and ensure proper handling, storage, and transportation.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, SOPs, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with rubber farmers, suppliers, contractors, and field teams.
- Conduct field inspections and internal farm certification audits.
- Maintain accurate operational and compliance records and prepare reports.
- Identify operational issues and support corrective actions and process improvements.
- Provide guidance and training to farmers and field staff on quality, safety, and operational standards.
What You’ll Bring
- Diploma or Degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Experience in field operations, rubber/latex collection, agriculture, compliance, or supply chain operations will be an advantage.
- Good understanding of field operations and quality control practices.
- Knowledge of compliance, occupational safety, and environmental requirements.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with farmers, suppliers, contractors, and internal teams.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel to field locations as required.
- Good computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office.
