Uga Ghiri – Ella is seeking a Guest Relations Executive to join our team. We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and committed to upholding the highest standards of hospitality and customer service.

By delivering excellence in guest relations, as a Guest Relations Executive, you will create memorable guest experiences, provide personalized service, and ensure the highest standards of hospitality are maintained throughout the guest journey. We are looking for a passionate hospitality professional who understands that attention to detail, effective communication, and genuine care are key to delivering exceptional guest satisfaction.

The Ideal Profile We Are Looking For:

• Proven Track Record: Previous experience as a Guest Relations Executive or in a similar guest-facing role, preferably within luxury resorts or boutique hotels.
• Guest Service & Hospitality Skills: Strong understanding of guest service standards and the ability to provide personalized and attentive service. The ability to welcome guests, understand their needs, handle requests, and create memorable guest experiences is essential.
• Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly, confident, and professional approach. The ability to communicate effectively with guests from diverse backgrounds and build positive relationships is essential.
• Guest Relations & Problem Solving: Ability to handle guest inquiries, feedback, and concerns professionally and efficiently. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely resolution of guest issues are essential.
• Professionalism & Service Excellence: A positive attitude, well-groomed appearance, and a strong commitment to maintaining the resort’s standards of service and hospitality. Ability to remain calm, courteous, and professional in all guest interactions.
• Teamwork & Coordination: A positive and cooperative team player with the ability to work closely with Front Office and other departments to ensure smooth operations and seamless guest experiences.
• Professional Qualifications: A Diploma or Professional Qualification in Hotel Management or a related field.
