Guest Service Agent (Male / Female)

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests with professionalism and a friendly attitude
- Handle check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries efficiently
- Deliver exceptional guest service and maintain hotel standards
- Coordinate with all hotel departments to ensure smooth guest experiences
- Resolve guest concerns calmly and professionally
- Create memorable and personalized experiences for every guest
Requirements
- Previous experience in Front Office or Guest Service operations must
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive personality with a passion for hospitality
- Ability to work under pressure and handle guest concerns professionally
- Good teamwork and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English (additional languages will be an advantage)
