Sevana Ella is a high-end forest-cabana retreat with a 32-seat restaurant, set on the Nine Arches Bridge trail in Ella. We’re looking for a warm, guest-focused team for our restaurant and villas.

Restaurant & Hotel Vacancies

• Barista / Bartender — 2–3 years’ experience
• Waiters — 1 year+ experience
• Room Attendants — 1 year+ experience
• Cleaners — Entry level

Requirements

We’re seeking warm, guest-focused hospitality professionals, with:

• Relevant experience, ideally in a star-class or boutique property
• A good command of both English and Sinhala (guest-facing roles)
• A warm, guest-focused approach with polished, professional presentation
• Strong attention to detail and a positive, collaborative team spirit
