The Ideal Candidate Should:
- Be a Male or Female candidate aged between 20 - 30 years.
- Possess a minimum qualification of G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L).
- Have 3 - 5 years of experience in the Microfinance Industry.
- Demonstrate strong leadership and team management skills.
- Possess a positive attitude with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Be self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of achieving business targets.
Executive – Finance
The Ideal Candidate Should:
- Be a Male candidate aged between 20 - 30 years.
- Possess a minimum qualification of G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L). Candidates from the Commerce Stream will have an added advantage.
- Have 3 - 5 years of experience in the Microfinance Industry.
- Demonstrate strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Possess a positive attitude and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
