Vacancy for Executive – Finance
At LAUGFS Engineering, we deliver top-tier solutions in construction, installation of fuel, LPG, and fire systems, as well as storage tanks, steel structures, and prefabricated buildings. Key Responsibilities
- Manage petty cash, supplier payments and day-to-day finance operations with accuracy and timeliness.
- Handle invoicing and financial documentation related to engineering and production activities.
- Monitor and verify job-wise material usage and project-related financial information.
- Prepare and maintain monthly production and financial reports.
- Support vendor payment processing, reconciliations and financial documentation.
- Liaise with Stores, Supply Chain, Production, Sales, HR and external suppliers/service providers to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Assist in identifying opportunities for cost control, process improvement and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company financial procedures and applicable standards.
Candidate Profile
- Degree/Diploma in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
- Fully Qualified AAT will be considered.
- HND / CBA from CA Sri Lanka will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in Finance/Accounting.
- Experience in the Construction, Engineering or Manufacturing industry will be a distinct advantage.
- Good MS Excel, data analysis and reporting skills.
- Experience with SAP systems will be an advantage.
