Join MAS Holdings' Activewear Value Stream as a Senior Executive - Sales Excellence & Analytics and play a key role in driving business growth through data-driven insights and strategic decision-making. In this role, you will lead market research, customer and sales analytics, and business performance evaluations to identify opportunities, support profitability improvement initiatives, and provide valuable recommendations to enhance business outcomes. You will also contribute to business planning, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic projects while driving automation, digitization, and continuous improvement initiatives. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, you will provide timely and accurate insights that support operational excellence, informed decision-making, and sustainable business growth.
The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Finance, Management, or a related discipline, with 3-4 years of experience in a similar role. Strong research, analytical, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, coupled with good IT literacy and a passion for continuous improvement, are essential to succeed in this role and contribute to the organization's success.
