Join Noyon Lanka - Biyagama as a Senior Executive - Plant Lean Enterprise and play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence through Lean and continuous improvement initiatives. This dynamic position involves supporting the successful rollout of Lean and Industrial Engineering projects, strengthening problem-solving capabilities across teams, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement throughout the Business Unit. You will facilitate knowledge sharing from internal and external Lean resources, monitor project milestones to ensure timely execution, and support internal and external Lean audits to drive performance excellence. In addition, you will leverage data collection, analysis, and predictive insights to support informed decision-making and identify opportunities for process optimization. Working closely with senior teams, you will lead value stream improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, improve material flow, and achieve operational KPIs while coordinating training, coaching, and awareness programs to sustain long-term organizational success.
If you hold a degree in Management, Science, Engineering, or a related field, along with 3-4 years of relevant industry experience, and are passionate about driving operational excellence through Lean practices, this is your opportunity to make an impact in our dynamic team.
