Join Our Team as a Senior Engineer-cum-Project Manager!
SSV Construction, we are a Building Services Engineering Company based in Homagama, managing construction projects across the country. We are seeking proficient, qualified, and dynamic individuals to join our team for the following position.
Requirements:
- Proven Construction Project Manager experience minimum 7 years in Building Constructions (Ensuring that projects are on time for customer needs and Manage Technical Team).
- Fluent in English (To effectively communicate with clients, consultants and architects).
- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in project management software and tools, PMP certification is a plus.
