Sena Super City (Pvt) Ltd is looking for a highly motivated and capable General Manager to lead our operations, drive business growth, and ensure operational excellence across the organization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee the overall operations and management of the supermarket.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales, profitability, and business growth targets.
- Manage inventory, purchasing, supplier relationships, and stock control.
- Monitor financial performance, cash flow, expenses, and operational costs.
- Lead, motivate, and develop employees to achieve organizational objectives.
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain high operational standards.
- Implement effective internal controls and minimize stock losses and wastage.
- Prepare management reports and provide recommendations to the Directors.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable laws.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- A degree or professional qualification in Business Management, Retail Management, Finance, or a related field will be an advantage.
- Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in the supermarket or retail industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Sound knowledge of inventory management, financial controls, and retail operations.
- Ability to achieve targets and manage a diverse team effectively.
