DEBT COLLECTOR
Location: Henegama, Weliveriya
Requirements:
- Minimum G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) qualification
- Follow up on overdue payments and ensure timely recovery of outstanding balances
- Conduct customer visits when required; a valid riding licence will be an added advantage
- Communicate with customers to agree on payment dates and negotiate repayment plans
- Maintain accurate records of collection activities and customer payment commitments
- Previous experience in debt collection, credit control, or a similar role will be an added advantage
