Join our team as a Senior Executive - Business Analyst, where you will support strategic planning and business performance initiatives. In this role, you will contribute to the preparation of budgets, Long-Range Plans (LRPs), and strategic projects while ensuring alignment with business objectives. You will prepare KPI dashboards, budget reports, and business performance analyses to support decision-making and continuous improvement. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will facilitate Hoshin Kanri processes, support KPI development, and monitor process improvement initiatives. Additionally, you will engage with department heads to address performance gaps, support customer visits, analyze customer behavior, and provide insights that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will hold a Degree in Business Management, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field, and bring 2–3 years of experience in a similar capacity.
